SHOUT OUT TO OUR GLUTEN FREE FRIENDS
Billy T Cafe prepares all our gluten free cakes and slices on the premises, while all care is taken there may be traces of gluten present as our kitchen is not exclusively gluten free, as we do stock wheat breads.
We do not use gluten flour or gluten powdered products these items are not kept in the pantry.
The majority of the menu is gluten free adaptable and can be provided with g/f burger rolls, croissants, turkish bread and toast. We have an g/f exclusive sandwich press, toaster, chopping boards and knives, all coloured purple which is a current food safety requirement to ensure cross contamination is reduced to a minimum.
Our deep fryer is completely g/f, the steakhouse chips are delicious as is our house crumbed calamari and pork schnitzel, all gluten free.
